Grow Your Own Teaching Pathway Summer Curriculum Training
The Grow Your Own WV model is designed to harvest promising local high school students to provide an innovative, reduced cost pathway for them to pursue a career in education. Professional learning will be offered in two locations to introduce designated county and college/university instructors to courses 1306 Introduction to Education, 1307 Introduction to Child Development, 1308 Introduction to Educational Psychology and 1309 Introduction to Social Emotional and Behavioral Wellness. Ideally, participants should be individuals who will be delivering this instruction to high school students enrolled in a Grow Your Own teaching pathway.
