Middle School Writing Cadre

The Writing Cadres are designed to enhance teachers’ implementation of best practice in regard to writing strategies and a process approach to writing. Participants will deepen their understanding of best practice to further embrace the rigor of the WV College-and Career-Readiness Standards for English Language Arts while moving from rote format or grammar instruction to a deeper understanding of evidence-based writing instruction.
