  • Skills to Pay the Bills: Mastering Soft Skills for Workplace Success, is a curriculum developed by ODEP focused on teaching “soft” or workforce readiness skills to youth, including youth with disabilities. Created for youth development professionals as an introduction to workplace interpersonal and professional skills, the curriculum is targeted for youth ages 14 to 21 in both in-school and out-of-school environments.
  • Roads to Success College Access and Career Development Curriculum – a research-based curriculum for middle school students to young adults that helps them make the connection between school and their future aspirations. This curriculum is free and can be implemented at any school district or educational setting.
  • PEP Template 2018-2019: This template was designed by WVDE staff to assist counties/schools in developing a new template or revising their current ISTP template to align with PEP and graduation requirements. This is an optional format. Schools may revise their old templates or create their own templates.

PEPS must have a Signature/process page documenting the involvement of the counselor, advisor, student by securing the signature of PEP development participants. This is a sample signature page if a paper format is being used.
