Perkins V

Perkins V is the primary source of federal funding that supports career and technical education programs. Perkins funds may be used to promote career exploration, provide professional development opportunities, purchase CTE equipment, technology, and instructional materials, etc.

Civil Rights

The Office of Technical & Adult Education works with the U.S. Department of Education’s Office of Civil Rights (OCR) to ensure West Virginia students are provided equal access to CTE programs and activities.
