Official Recommendation: Receive the recommendation of the employing Superintendent, ESC, Multi-County Vocational Center Director, ODTP Director or WVDE Adult Education Director.
Renewal
Coursework/Training: Adult (Basic) Education professional development activities as prescribed in the West Virginia Adult Education Instructor Handbook on the WVDE website and approved by the licensing agency
Employment Required: Yes
Renewal Options: Six semester hours of college/university coursework reflecting a 3.0 GPA related to the public school program or related to basic skills content OR Age 60
