The Professional County Office Certificate (Form 55) is issued to individuals employed in a county school system as a Professional Accountant, a Professional Business Official, or a School Nutrition Director with a valid SNS credential.
Be physically, mentally, and emotionally qualified
Be employed as a Professional Accountant, Professional Business Official, or School Nutrition Director (with an SNS Credential) in a county school system.
Have recommendation from the county superintendent.
Education Level
You must have a minimum of a bachelor's degree. Review Policy 5202 and Certifications for additional qualifications and education requirements.
Fill in the applicant information and the Disclosure of Background Information.
Have your county submit application or mail all supporting documentation to the Office of Certification:
