Description

The West Virginia Department of Education, Purchasing Section (Purchasing Section), on behalf of the West Virginia Department of Education (WVDE), hereinafter referred to as the Agency, is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to obtain responses from qualified firms capable of supplying a Finance and HR Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System consisting of, at a minimum, the following core function software application modules:

  1. Finance
    1. General Ledger
    2. Purchasing
    3. Accounts Payable       
    4. Accounts Receivable
    5. Budgeting
    6. Fixed Assets
    7. Financial Reporting
    8. Warehouse and Inventory Management (optional)
    9. School Level Accounting (optional)
  2. Human Resources
    1. Payroll
    2. Benefits
    3. Position Management
    4. Employee Self-Service
