This showcase highlights farm to school initiatives happening throughout West Virginia.
The “Seeds of Success Showcase” will give attendees opportunities to view and learn about farm-to-school efforts happening across the state.
The poster boards will be created and displayed during the West Virginia Farm to School Conference on November 4-5, 2025, in Morgantown, WV. We encourage students, farmers, school administrators, food service directors, business owners of West Virginia-sourced items, and more to submit photos for a poster board
From local food in the cafeteria and school gardens to community partnerships and program implementation, we want to hear your story and spread the word. You do not need to attend the conference to submit a story.
Submission Guidelines
To be considered for a poster board, we need:
The name of your school district/community organization
Your name, phone number, and email address
Location of the Farm to School program
Name of your Farm to School program
The age and grade level of participants
A brief description of how your program started, who leads/manages the program, how it operates, successes to celebrate, etc.
At least five photos related to your Farm to School program
If photos feature students, please provide confirmation that students pictured have a photo release form allowing the use of students’ photos in publications, social media, etc.
