Thank you for your interest in participating in a delegation before the West Virginia Board of Education (WVBE). Delegations give citizens an opportunity to address the Board during its meetings.

Please take a moment before completing this form to review Policy 1241, Notice and Conduct of Meetings, which outlines how delegations are conducted.

Please note that delegations are typically scheduled to present at the beginning of each WVBE meeting and are typically limited to two minutes. Delegations may also register in person before the meeting.

Delegations may register online no later than two hours prior to a scheduled board meeting. If no meetings are available for registration, please return once a future board meeting has been published or register in person prior to the meeting.
