2026 CTE Food Trailer Competition
A statewide competition giving CTE culinary programs the opportunity to turn a student-led food trailer concept into reality
The 2026 CTE Food Trailer Competition challenges culinary programs to develop a food trailer concept that combines creativity, entrepreneurship, and collaboration. Whether building a trailer from the ground up or customizing a purchased trailer, schools are encouraged to involve other CTE programs to help design, construct, brand, market, and equip the project as a schoolwide team effort.
All West Virginia CTE culinary programs are eligible to apply.

- Application Deadline:
Monday, August 31, 2026 - Finalist Notification:
Friday, September 4, 2026 - Finalist Presentations:
Wednesday, September 30, 2026
Finalist Presentations will be held at the West Virginia Department of Education, Building 7, Capitol Room
