ASHA, NBCC, WVBEC, NASP, or NBCSN Fee Reimbursement

General Requirements

To apply for fee reimbursement, you must:

• Be a U.S. citizen or hold eligible documentation (see Policy 5202)
• Must hold a professional student support certificate in the appropriate endorsement area
  • This applies for one of the following:
    • Allowable only for initial board certification program enrollment, completion and extra expenses fees
    • Only once for up to $600.00 for board certification renewal fees in place of initial program fees
• Hold education level as required by the West Virginia professional certification held in West Virginia State Code and Policy 5202
• Hold a professional student support certificate in an appropriate endorsement area
• Be employed in the appropriate position in the West Virginia public school system
• Have recommendation from the county superintendent
