Out of state applicants use this form when applying for a Career Technical Education Certificate, to work as a career and technical education teacher in a public school in WV.
Hold three (3) years of successful out-of-state experience as an educator in the requested specialization(s) within the seven (7)-year period preceding the date of application
Hold a valid out-of-state Career and Technical Education Certificate and industry-recognized credential(s) as identified in the CTE Endorsements and Testing Manual (if applicable)
