Agendas

Agendas for meetings taking place after October 2024 may be found directly on each meeting's event page. 

• Upcoming board meeting events may be found through the Events Search page.
• Past board meeting events may be found through the Events Archive Search page.

Event pages also include;

• Materials shared during the meeting that were not included in the agenda.
• Recordings of the meeting.
• Meeting minutes once approved.

Meeting agendas are not approved until the board takes action during the meeting. Find more information related to the notice and conduct of meetings in Board Policy 1241.

Delegations and Public Comments

At the discretion of the president, the board may hold a public comment period to allow members of the public to address the board during a meeting. These "delegations" often appear during a public comment period at the beginning of board meetings. Find more information related to board meeting "Public Comments" conduct in Board Policy 1241.
