Video (2-5 minutes) of you describing why you should be awarded principal of the year, as well as a teacher and student/parent explaining why you should receive this designation. Include YouTube link of your video with the viewing option set to public so reviewers can view. (Principals are responsible for taking the necessary precautions to protect student confidentiality and obtain parent consent.);
