These rules help maintain efficient regional competitions.
Competition Rules
The Academic Showdown is based on a double elimination competition. Schools may send one team to compete. Regional tournaments will take place at local universities across West Virginia. The top two teams from each region will advance to the state championship competition in Charleston.
