Form 4NS is used to renew a permit issued to an individual that is not a U.S. citizen to work as a School Counselor, School Psychologist, School Nurse, Speech Language Pathologist, or Social Service and Attendance Director.

Form 4NT can be used to renew a permit issued to a non-US Citizen to work as a teacher in WV public school classrooms.

Add an endorsement to your Professional Certificate based on the completion of coursework at a regionally accredited college/university.

Add an autism endorsement to an existing WV Professional Teaching Certificate with a Special Education endorsement.

Use Form 8C if you want to add an endorsement to a valid West Virginia Professional Teaching Certificate by submitting passing scores on the West Virginia Board of Education-required content area test(s).

Use Form 8L to add new endorsements with authorization from the employing county to a valid Long-Term Substitute Permit.
