A public search page to look-up educator certifications and provide information on individuals with action taken against their teaching license.

Certification Search

The public search feature on our certcheck system allows individuals to search for educator certifications and check the licensure status of teachers who hold a West Virginia certificate.

License Actions

The public database of educational employee license actions registers any individual who has had actions taken against their West Virginia Department of Education-issued license. Search for a specific employee or view a list of all employees who have had actions against their license.
