The West Virginia Department of Education (WVDE) invites vendors to apply for a table at the Student Support Conference Vendor Exhibit Hall, part of our fall training event for student support professionals.

Who You'll Meet
The conference brings together PreK-12 school counselors, administrators, school social workers, McKinney-Vento/homeless liaisons, Communities In Schools coordinators, and other student support professionals from across the state.
We ask that vendors tailor their table conversations to the individual needs of attendees. If a county administrator is interested in learning more about a county-wide implementation, they'll reach out directly and you're welcome to arrange a separate meeting with them. Please save county-wide initiative pitches for those conversations, and keep your table focused on resources and information for individual student support professionals.
What to Expect
No registration fee to participate
Each table will be covered and skirted
Lunch provided for up to two people per table
Vendors are asked to bring a giveaway item worth $25 or less; giveaways should be turned in at the registration table by 8:00 AM the morning of the conference

Space is limited, and completing the registration form does not guarantee a table.
