Annual Reports

The advisory council must submit an annual report to the State Board of Education and the Superintendent summarizing its work and including recommendations to address unmet needs in special education. As an administrative practice, the Office of Special Education (OSE) prepares a response of actions taken on the council's recommendations. Both the WVACEEC report and the OSE response are publicly posted.
