If you are a certified educator employed in a West Virginia public school and have achieved National Board for Professional Teaching Standards (NBPTS)

If you have maintained your National Board for Professional Teaching Standards (NBPTS) Certification, use Form 45 to renew official recognition and/or

Add an endorsement to your Professional Teaching, Administrative, or Student Support Certificate based on the completion of coursework at a regionally accredited college/university.

Use Form 8L to add new endorsements with authorization from the employing county to a valid Long-Term Substitute Permit.
