Bidder’s Conference Registration Information

Due to the winter storm advisory, the 21st Century Community Learning Center Bidders’ Conferences have been rescheduled.  These meetings will provide support and information for those communities interested in applying for grant funding that support high quality afterschool activities for students attending Title 1 designated schools or attending schools with a poverty rate of 40% or greater. 

New Dates

  • Friday February 14, 2025, at the Erickson Alumni Center in Morgantown beginning at 10:00 AM
  • Wednesday February 19, 2025, at the Kanawha County Main Public Library beginning at 10:00 AM
