Fill out Form 2LR to renew your long-term substitute permit, which allows you to hold a substitute position for more than 30 days in a specific

Fill out Form 2S if you have been hired by a West Virginia county school system in a substitute position for up to 30 days.

Fill out Form 2SR to renew your short-term substitute permit which allows you to substitute teach day-to day in any position for up to 30 days.

Form 3 allows individuals to teach in an area of critical need and shortage while finishing their state-approved teacher preparation program.
