Marcella Charles-Casto, Administrator

Marcella Charles-Casto is the Career Technical Education (CTE) Administrator for Mingo Central Comprehensive High School. She feels that CTE provides many opportunities for students to experience real-world environments that prepare them for the ever-changing job markets. “Through credentials and Simulated Workplace protocols, students in CTE can already be ahead of the game in being prepared for the job market!”
