U.S. Senate Youth Program West Virginia Finalist: Quincy Combs

Quincy Combs is a West Virginia finalist in the United States Senate Youth Program (USSYP) He is a junior at Moorefield High School and plans to attend West Virginia University.

Combs has held the following leadership roles throughout his high school career:

• Class of 2024 President
• Member of the Student Council
• Member of the National Honor Society

Combs’ deep passion for politics and the opportunity to deepen that passion and acquire more knowledge of politics motivated him to apply for the USSYP.

All finalists were asked why they should be chosen to represent West Virginia.

“I believe my deep understanding of politics, activeness in leadership roles, and ability to communicate in any environment, with any person, will make me the best choice,” said Combs.

Combs loves spending time with his family and friends, reading and learning new things.
