All primary instructional resources must include an interactive, digital component for students and may be all-digital or online.

These correlation documents should be submitted to WVDE as soon as possible, but no later than December 31, 2020.

Publishers may request that a state-level review of their primary resources. The request is made within the registration documentation.

Each county school district will review the resources based on the criteria documents below. Counties may use a state-level review results rather than completing a review at the county level.
