CHARLESTON, W.Va. – The Rebuilding Nicholas County mediation team, inclusive of representatives of the West Virginia Department of Education, West Virginia Board of Education and the Nicholas County Board of Education, will host a public workshop on April 12, 2018 from 6-8 p.m. at Nicholas County High School. The purpose of the workshop is to gather input from residents of Nicholas County on the proposed approach and components of a mutually agreeable and workable plan for the rebuilding of Nicholas County schools. Representatives will provide more information about the options under consideration and solicit input about those options from community members. 

All are invited to attend the public workshop and pre-registration is requested. Attendees should visit https://bit.ly/2GGaJwZ to pre-register and indicate whether transportation is needed by Monday, April 9.
