The Drone Boyz attend Hamlin PK-8 School in Lincoln County Schools WV . They are involved in STEM and work with aerial drones. The Drone Boyz recently competed in the National Aerial Drone Competition, where they won the Excellence Award for the second year in a row!
This award is considered the highest award a team can win at the National Aerial Drone Competition, awarded based on several criteria like on-field performance, team interview, and documentation and planning.
