2019-2020 West Virginia General Summative Assessment (WVGSA) and Interim Writing Comparability Study.

During this three-day project, you will be participating in a writing study that will examine the comparability of West Virginia educators’ agreement with the automated scoring of student writing on the WVGSA and on the WV Interim Assessments. You will be trained on hand scoring procedures using the WVGSA writing rubrics, which you will then use to hand score West Virginia student writing responses in your assigned grade level.
